Karui wasn't ready to give up another part of herself.



Byakuya felt more at ease now.

Unohana nodded 'for now we can change one of the sixth's holding cells until a permanent one can be made'

Nanashi squeezed his hand, she could still hear the conversation

Karui slowly looked up at him for the first time in months.

"Can't you just keep her here until we find something more permanent" SoiFon sighed thinking.



Byakuya sighed, listening.

Ginrei knelt down 'my granddaughter, think about your health

Unohana shook her head 'if we are healing in the next room it could make a disturbance in the barrier'



Nanashi said nothing what could she say

"My zanpackto is a part of me" Karui whispered, "I can't... i can't get rid of it... i can't..." she was holding back the tears she just wanted to cling onto all she had.

"Fine" SoiFon left to go sort out the cell.


Byakuya saw SoiFon leave, "I will have something arranged leave it to me" he stated.

Ginrei sighed 'please think about it, you are my granddaugher and part of my family and i dont want to lose you'

Nanashi let go of his hand quickly she was supposed to be on duty

"What will i have left of me Ginrei... nothing" Karui looked down the tears falling from her eyes, "Why didn't i just die when i transferred my powers" she burst into tears she was not coping with it well.


Byakuya moved off to sort something out.

Nanashi had to wait here, she made no complaint though

Karui just cried gripping at her arms.




Byakuya came back Renji was sorting it out and would let him know when it was done.

Ginrei sighed 'please Karui..... '


Nanashi was trying not to listen now

Karui shook slightly as she cried... it slowly started to die down but was replaced with coughs.



Byakuya returned to Nanashi's side.

Ginrei moved and knelt beside her rubbing her back



Nanashi said nothing but glanced at him so he knew she liked him being there

Karui let her cries die out she couldn't help it but she hugged Ginrei gripping at him.




Byakuya kept her close to him.

"I am fine... i have lived my life to the fullest... i will just be happy when everything is over" Karui whispered shaking slightly.


Byakuya nodded, "Of course" he took a message stating the fact the cell had been set up he knocked on the door, "I trust Ginrei you can take Karui to her cell in sixth it is prepared" he stated before he moved back out to Nanashi.

Ginrei gripped her ''dont.... say that' he stood up slowly 'come on.... i know where they are' he didnt want to but he had to


Nanashi waited

Karui hung her head was it so bad to wish for her death now?.



Byakuya stayed with Nanashi.

Ginrei led her out

Nanashi knew she should escort them because by all rights Ginei couldnt be trusted alone.... not with this manner

Karui just walked quietly.

Byakuya moved knowing Nanashi would as she couldn't risk it.

Ginrei was aware that he would be followed, he just took her too the cell

Karui coughed as she walked but she stayed quiet.

Byakuya walked... he hand't heard a word from Toushiro at all.

Byakuya would wait for Nanashi.
