'well hes saying that you made it up, basically you have to testify to stay in my care' Sayuri smiled

Masaru said his thanks as he walked inside.



"Where would i go if i didnt testify?" Haru asked she didnt want to face him... she didnt want to relive it again.

Katsumi led him back to her parents



'the court' Sayuri sighed

"Ahh Masura" Keiko smiled.

Masaru smiled, "Good morning"



Haru looked down... maybe it wouldnt be so bad she knew she couldnt testify it petrified her.

'hey boy' Hiroshi stood up 'you better take good care of my daughter'

Katsumi blushed this was embarrassing



'if you dont do it he is going to get away with it, hurt more people and you .. well you will be placed in a childs insane unit' Sayuri sighed

"I give you my word" Masaru replied.

Keiko smiled.



"I cant do it" Haru whispered, "I still have nightmares.... i cant face him.... relive it all again"

Hiroshi sighed 'but how good is your word'

'DAD!' Katsumi cringed



Sayuri sighed 'why do you think i was fighting, if you dont do it theres nothing i can do to help you and im trying my hardest to make this right, you are going to have to work too, or nothing will be fixed'

"I believe it to be good" Masaru replied.

Keiko sighed softly.



"Will... will you be there with me?" Haru asked.

'okay okay whats so bad about trying to make sure my daughter my ONLY daughter is safe' Hiroshi sighed

Katsumi just looked down, she knew he was only trying to protect her

"Nothing dear but you can get quite intimidating" Keiko chuckled.

Masaru stood there silently.

Hiroshi sighed 'i just need to know that youll take care of her'

'thankyou' Sayuri sighed relief

"I promise i will" Masaru replied.

Kieko smiled.



"Can... can we do something today... something fun?" Haru asked she needed to distract her mind.

Hiroshi nodded 'alright, you better'

Katsumi sighed relief



'sure, name anything you want to do' Sayuri smiled

Masaru nodded.

Keiko smiled.



"I.. I dont know" Haru replied.

Katsumi smiled 'eh would you like some tea'

Hiroshi just returned to his tv


'well what have you always wanted to do' Sayuri asked

"Please" Masaru replied.

Keiko was smiling this was great.



Haru thought about it, "Go to the zoo... i have never been everyone always said how much fun and how beautiful the animals were"

Katsumi went to make tea for them all



Sayuri smiled 'we can'

Masaru sat himself down.




Haru woke up screaming.... it had only been a dream... she didnt have to go to the trail, she looked at the time she would already be late for school.

Katsumi brought in a tray full of tea for them



Sayuri came rushing in 'ahhh Haru!'

Masaru smiled at her.

"Ah thank you" Keiko smiled.



Haru was shaking terribly frightened.

Katsumi smiled nervously



Sayuri knelt down 'whats wrong?'

"Thanks" Masaru smiled.




"I... I had a d-dream" Haru whispered the tears started to fall down her face, "I... I h-had to go to c-court and.... and my d-dad got f-free..... and.... and i... i was taken away... to a m-metal place be...because i lied" it was clear she was shaken by this dream.

Katsumi smiled 'would you like a biscuit or something'



'no no no your here with me' Sayuri smiled 'dont you worry' just as she said that there was a knock on the door

Hinata was waiting outside

"Im fine thank you" Masaru smiled.




Haru nodded slightly feeling much better.

Katsumi nodded 'alright' she sat down



Sayuri opened the door for Hinata 'ahhh your friend is here'
