The Kuchiki Scandal

Nanashi stood up and moved with the maid

Ginrei sighed 'just stop it with her'

Ryio led her to the guards quarters, "The first room is yours" she stated pointing at the door, "The other rooms are part of the Kuchiki guard too... this is your new home"


"Stop what?" Byakuya stated looking at Genrei... he had hated his sister since he was a child.


Karui picked up her book sniffing as she started to read.

Nanashi nodded 'thank you' was all she said



'being horrid to her, just stop it, its about time you grew up' Ginrei sighed

"If you need anything the maids quarters are just down the hall" Ryio smiled.



"I am not horrid its tough love" Byakuya stated, "And i am grown up... i am head of house"


Karui placed her book down and she moved to her wardrobe getting out a bag and putting a few pieces of clothing in it and a book... she would stay at 13th for a while.

Nanashi nodded opening her door


'just stop it' Ginrei sighed


Rena knocked on her door

Ryio stayed incase she needed anything.



"I am doing nothing" Byakuya stated.



"Come in" Karui called as she hid the bag under her bed.

Nanashi said nothing she was the most stoic guard probably in the history of the guards staying there, she was a natural born guard and assasin



Ginrei sighed and moved to go back to his office


Rena smiled opening the door 'do you need anything?'

"Do you eh need anything?" Ryio asked.



Byakuya moved into the main room.



Karui shook her head, "I am okay thank you... do you remember were i put my eh.. wolf plushie?" she asked softly shuffling her feet... it was always on her bed but it wasnt there... and she couldnt sleep without it and she needed it in 13th if she was to stay there.

'this is adequate' Nanashi stated saying nothing more than that



'i put it in the box in your wardrobe' Rena smiled

Ryio nodded, "I have to er go" she replied moving away.




Karui moved to her wardrobe opening it and smiling when she found the plushie picking it up in her arms... Genrei gave this to her years ago and she treasured it.

Nanashi sat down this was more grand than any place she had ever seen



Rena smiled 'is that alll miss?'

"So your the new assassin" A private Kuchiki guard stated, "Im Rizu... that girl there was my sister" he stated as he handed her a bag, "This is your new uniform"




Karui nodded, "Could you kindly inform Genrei-sama that i will not be down for dinner today as im not feeling to well and i will be resting"

Nanashi took the uniform 'i dont have a name, you may call me Nanashi if you want my attention though' she stated the fact ever so easily without a flicker of emotion


'i will do' Rena smiled 'of course'

"Of course... i will be showing you the general routine tomorrow... i came to tell you to be up for 6 tomorrow" Rizu stated.




"Thank you" Karui smiled as she st on her bed.

Nanashi nodded as a sign she understood




Rena went off to do just that

"Kuchiki-sama is expecting you do not leave him waiting" Rizu replied before he left.




Karui brought out her bag and placed the teddy in it... she had everything she needed for a few days she wrote a note addressed to Genrei saying how she would be staying at 13th for a few days to stay out of Byakuyas way... and with that she left.

Nanashi changed quickly and within seconds was downstairs to meet Byakuya

Byakuya was in the main room looking at some paperwork.



Karui flash stepped to thirteenth and knocked on Ukitake Taichous office door.

Nanashi was infront of him in seconds, kneeling on one knee in a bow, the maids hadnt even seen her enter the room, they only saw her now that she was still




Ukitake opened the door 'ahhhh cmon in'

"Efficient i see" Byakuya stated.



"Forgive me Ukitake Taichou... but could i stay at 13th for a few days... please" Karui pleaded as she walked inside... she knew she was forbidden to stay anywhere other that the Kuchiki manor but she needed a small break.

'your orders?' Nanashi asked, she wasnt much of a conversationalist



'you have a room here' Ukitake smiled 'so of course you may, dont you worry about it, ill make you work overtime' he winked laughing

"Take out him" Byakuya stated handing her a photo of a noble man, "He has been spreading rumors i mistreat my sister... but he is wrong" he stated, "I want him gone by tomorrow morning"



"Thank you" Karui smiled, "I just... need a break..." she sighed least her hair covered her face from the mark which was on her cheek Byakuya had slapped her hard and she did bruise easily.

'any particular method or is that my jurisdiction, Kuchiki-sama?' Nanashi asked, without a trace of emotion at all


'what is wrong?' Ukitake asked

"Any means possible but make sure its clean" Byakuya stated.




"He hates me" Karui whispered keeping her head down, "I dont know what i did to warrant such hate from him... but its slowly getting worse"

'Natural causes' Nanashi nodded keeping her bow down


Ukitake sighed there was nothing he could do about that 'im so sorry'
