Isis looked up at him chuckling, "Something tells me you would of liked tails more" she teased him.



"I don't believe that for a second" Neji replied.

Itachi was dilberate in everything he did.. his hand stopped applying slight pressure to her wounded shoulder he was worried


Ayame clenched her fist on her knee bunching the material of her clothes 'its a sweet thought..... though it will not be shared by your family, i wont be accepted' she was shaking slightly now from that very realization

"Its just a flesh wou... AH" Isis was cut short when she let out a cry of pain.



"I do not care what they think" Neji sighed, "I want to be happy"

Itachi slowly removed her robe his other arm moved fast to pull her into his arms holding her by the waist to support her 'shhhh' he hushed her gently he would tend to it


'then they... they cannot know' Ayame whispered couldnt anything just be simple

Isis huffed that had hurt, "You are going to pay for that" she whispered. Though it was an empty threat.



"Then we shall keep it to ourselves?" Neji asked a bit hopeful.

Itachi payed no heed he gently moved her to he could clean the wound out with tender touches, ones that seemed unnatural for his reputation


'i'll be a dirty secret' Ayame whispered fidgeting with her hands that was all she could be

Isis closed her eyes letting him carry on.



"It would be far from dirty" Neji stated.

Itachi was careful, gentle even as he tended to her wound 'the person who did this will pay'



Ayame moved slowly picking up the cups to give herself something to do 'and when you find someone respectable you can have your happy ever after'
and leave me broken with no way to pick up the pieces

"She did it out of love" Isis replied. "I know that look anywhere an anger so strong because i had hurt someone she loved. If Guy had not come round she would of killed me"



Neji sighed why was she not willing to try with him?.

'and she will pay' Itachi said softly caressing along her chin with his finger 'for hurting someone i...' love?



Ayame smiled like she was happy because she knew this couldnt be forever, eventually his uncle would want him to marry or settle down ... but she would take what she could get ... suddenly she thought back on the feelings that were brought out in her when he was hurt, she couldnt hide her anger... could she ever hide her love? or worse her jealousy?

"Work with" Am playing with... new toy Isis finished for him. She felt deep down she was his new toy. She could not shake that feeling, maybe she was being stupid but for now she would enjoy it before he got bored.



Neji looked over at her, "Shall we start by... going to dinner?" he asked a bit awkwardly.

'someone i care about' Itachi finished lifting her chin 'she will feel pain tenfold' his eyes were serious 'for even daring to touch you'



Ayame moved over stumbling slightly for the comfort of his arms '... just... just kiss me again'

"Finished undressing me for my wound?" Isis smiled, "Or do you want to see if i have any other cuts and bruises on my body?" she chuckled slightly. Oh god she was making an idiot of herself just to keep him interested in her. what if he began to hate her?.



Neji stuttered slightly one minute she was pushing him away and then the next she wanted him?. He was not used to girls at all and it was clear by the awkward look on his face.

Itachi kissed her lips tenderly 'dont be an idiot... i dont need your body' he deepened his kiss holding onto her firmly keeping her in place


Ayame gripped his clothes 'ive always wanted you' she whispered

"Then i really don't understand what you want me for" Isis stated pushing him away.


Neji very slowly wrapped his arms around her.

Itachi closed his eyes 'did i not make that clear?'


Ayame buried her head into his shoulder who cared about the consequences right now when she could be receiving his comfort

"So... i am not your new toy?" Isis whispered looking down.



Neji slowly ran his fingers through her hair in silence.

'listen... carefully because i will only say it once, ive never had an old toy let alone using you as a new toy... dont listen to bullshit.. take what i say and do if you trust me' Itachi sighed


in the silence Ayame could hear his heartbeat she could also hear the rain that was now pelting down in the village

Isis slowly nodded. She had made herself look like such an idiot.


Neji kept up his actions gently and slowly as not to startle her.

Itachi lifted her chin gently to make her look at him 'i want your companionship'

Ayame moved her hand into his hair pulling his hair tie out slowly she had always thought he had beautiful hair

Isis looked at him her eyes scanning for any type of lie or if he was tricking. She find no signs so she decided it was high time she put a little faith in him. Slowly she moved her arms and hugged him.


Neji froze slightly when his hair fell down. No one had dared to do that.

Itachi stopped her gently moving her himself 'be careful of that wound' he really was worried


Ayame hadnt realised it might be the wrong thing to do her fingers gently touched his hair so lightly it was almost like she wasnt touching him at all her face slightly flushed holding such an expression... it was a brief moment of weakness that showed exactly what was in her heart

Isis nodded, "I will be" she replied quietly. She looked up at the roof as rain began to seep through. "Welcome home eh?" she chuckled.



Neji gently caressed her cheek in response. This was so close.. it showed how they felt for one another.

Itachi took off his cloak and gently wrapped her up in it 'i'll keep you warm and dry' he promised



Ayame nudged her cheek into his hand more she wanted his affection so badly, noone could mistake this for anything else

"I think by now i am used to these conditions" Isis chuckled but none the less she clutched his cloak tightly around herself.



Neji very slowly lent down and kissed her forehead unsure on if it was the right thing to do.
