The Pureblood Families

Kaname moved into the library knowing already Rin would be there 'you need to talk some sense into your sister'

Rin raised her eyebrow 'i am not her keeper Kaname'

Kaname shook his head 'shes making a fool of herself acting like a 5 year old'

Rin stood up 'goodday Takuma, goodday Kaname' she moved to go to her bedroom, she would not be harrassed her sister would come to her when she needed her, Rin was not going to be told what to do and when to do it, especially not by that man

Ichijou sighed Kaname had chased away Rin. He wanted to talk with her some more. "Well done" he spoke to Kaname.


Isis turned the pages of the book in silence though she was not really reading it.

Kaname moved 'oh god, Isis was right, you do like her, my advice Ichijou get over it, shes a pureblood, and we have great difficulty liking lower leveled vampires... one, lower levels either idolise us or despise us, love cant be based on either... two, we are immortal, you die eventually, do you know how many purebloods seek death after their level B partner dies?... so for your own sake, and dare i say hers, give up'


Rin had retreated into her room and was already getting changed into nightwear and had once again pulled on her red silk dressing gown she was happy enough to simply get out of her uniform

Ichijou opened his book, "Just because you are lonely and unhappy with your life does not mean you should ruin it for others" he stated offhandedly.


Isis sighed slowly standing up perhaps she should leave the school building.

Kaname sat down 'lets say she falls in love with you and you spend a long time together, eventually Ichijou, you die... what happens to her with no partner? by that time her blood lust may have been only controlled by you, does she murder humans? or maybe she seeks out a hunter to kill her just so she doesnt have to live without you... you have no idea what it is like to be a pureblood, you cant understand her thoughts her feels and you have no idea just what she is really capable of' taking like this really did take his mind off Isis


Rin sat on her window seat sighing watching out, she too had wanted to talk more with Ichijou but the arrogance of other purebloods always repelled her

Ichijou stood back up, "You are talking as if she would like me... please i doubt she would" he closed his book. "Is it so wrong for me to spend time with her and enjoy her company?" he stated. "Oh wait i forget your way of dealing with women... to use them is it not? and let others pick up the pieces" he moved to the door. "Do not start meddling in other problems when you have your own to deal with" and with that Ichijou left.


Isis sighed moving out of the classroom closing the door behind her.

Kaname stood up 'has everyone gone stupid' he moved to go to his own room annoyed with everyone here


Rin watched out of her window she supposed she could read, but she hadnt picked up her book from the library and didnt want to get it incase Kaname was still there

Ichijou sighed and knocked on Rin's door.


Isis moved from the classroom heading back to the dorms.

Rin moved opening her door her dressing gown opened just framing her nightdress 'ah Takuma'


Kaname was in his own room still seething

"I saw you left your book behind" Ichijou smiled handing her his, "Here"


Isis sighed as she walked, it was awfully quiet. No prefects... no hunters... no one.

Rin took the book her fingers slightly caressing his as she did 'thank you'



Kaname paced his room, he was surrounded by fools

Ichijou smiled at the touch. It was so simple yet he enjoyed it.



Isis looked up at the moon dorms. Why should she return?. Sighing she turned her back on them and opened her book to read it outside.

'did you want to .. come in?' Rin asked looking back at her room to make sure it wasnt untidy



Kaname couldnt read this stupid book when he had so much to think about

"Ahh i would thank you" Ichijou smiled.



Isis sat on the bench and began to read. Though her mind wandered. She wondered if she could of handled Kaname better.

Rin let him come inside but quickly moved to remove her blood pill box from the table, lately she was becoming irritated with the stuff not working



Kaname paced how could she have the nerve to blame him when he was trying to be nice to her

Ichijou looked around. Her room was beautiful.



Isis chucked the book on the floor sighing heavily.

Rin closed her eyes she could smell him... after not having any relief from her blood tablets and now having him in her room where her temptation could be amplified her self control was really being tested here



Kaname was irritated he threw himself into a chair trying not to think of the utter stupidity 'and to think i was just starting to like you'

Ichijou smiled, "Ah your room is grand"



Isis moved picking the book back up dusting it off. "Stupid Kaname"

'well who knows how long i will be here' Rin smiled as she sat down she felt so under dressed now that he was there in his uniform and she was in a nightdress with her open floor length red dressing gown



Kaname picked up his book he might as well try to read this , but again he found himself thinking she was a fool blaming him when she damn well knew she was trying to hide it, oh and it was his fault cause he didnt see through it, it was just making him angrier, how stupid could one person be

"Education is important" Ichijou smiled.



Isis moved inside the dorms with her book she would try to be the bigger person and say sorry to him.

Rin closed her eyes 'when you live forever, does anything matter Takuma?'


Kaname tried to concentrate on his book

"I do not know" Ichijou replied, "Perhaps certain things are worth it"



Isis knocked on Kaname's door.

Rin smiled to herself 'maybe the gift of the goddess is'



Kaname stood up slowly and opened his door he was silent upon seeing her

"Ah! you wrote that in my book did you not?" Ichijou smiled.


"I came to say sorry" Isis stated simply before she turned her back on him to leave.

Rin moved slightly and placed her finger over his lips 'you dont have to say it if we both know what i mean'


Kaname sighed 'well dont just leave again'
