Edward smiled 'can i offer you a refreshment?'




Lucretia smiled as she should 'it has been wondrous, and yours?'

"I'm not thirsty" Pandora smiled.




JAsper smiled, "It has turned for the better now"

Edward bowed his head 'if you wish for one, just tell me'



Lucretia seriously doubted it, it was just one of those lines 'as has mine' she smiled

"Of course" Pandora smiled.



"I am ever so sorry but if you will excuse me" Jasper bowed his head to them all before he walked away.

Edward smiled 'so i hear that your business did well last year'



oh yeah ever so happy to be with me
Lucretia thought

"Ah yes it is" Pandora smiled, "And its doing well this year" she knew all about the business seeing as she usually went to work with her father.




Jasper moved off to speak to someone else.

'glad to hear that' Edward smiled



Lucretia just walked away to visit the back gardens, it was dark outside and she wanted to be alone

Pandora looked around for her father but she couldnt see him, "Ahh not trying to be rude... but i must find my father" she did a little curtsy "It was a pleasure meeting you Edward" she replied before she scurried of to find Ethan.



I can not believe my father got me to talk to her what a drone
Jasper though as he found a more charming lady to talk to.

Edward smiled after her, she was a fine young lady



Lucretia was soon outside she breathed in the air


Halo smiled at the man who had just taken his coat, getting in here was too easy with a little bit of charm and wit, he could be anyone he wanted to be

Pandora sighed where did her father disappear off to.


Jasper turned to look at the two new men arriving.



"Yo Halo why the fuck are we doing this again?" Damien asked.

Ethan was over at a table talking to another man about business


Lucretia just moved over to the marble and leant her hands against it, looking down over the vast gardens beneath her, even though there were rose bushes where she was standing


'because we can' Halo stated in a low voice while smiling and bowing his head to a young woman

Pandora still couldnt find him, she payed no attention to the two new comers.



"Yeah yeah" Damien winked at a lady.

Lucretia was just looking out at the gardens in the dark, she hated everything


'stop it' Halo hissed 'this is a high class event.. whoa... button for fucking shirt up properly we arent in a bar'

Pandora walked around still trying to find her father.



Damien buttoned up his shirt, "Happy, now ima go look around"

Lucretia had her eyes closed, thinking that if she were to fall from here, she might die


Halo nodded 'go go on'

Damien looked around first grabbing a glass of wine as he started to sip it and head outside.


Pandora sighed she was to busy looking around not to notice the man infront of her until she bumped into him.

Lucretia looked over the drop again, she wouldnt, but the thought of throwing herself off it was exciting


Halo took a step back and held out his hand 'im very sorry my good lady' he smiled at her

"Oh and whats a fine young lady doing out in the cold all by herself" Damien stated as he lent on the wall sipping his wine.



"Ah it is me who should be sorry, i was not looking where i was going... please forgive my actions" Pandora replied softly, as she took his hand.

Lucretia was brought to her senses with a small jump
thinking about committing suicide
'ahh im getting some fresher air, good sir' she turned to look at who was talking to her and froze slightly, he was beautiful


Halo kissed the back of her hand 'the fault is all with me young lady, here' he grabbed a drink from a passing waiter 'as apology' he smiled handing it to her

"Are you sure that was it?" Damien asked flashing her his winning smile.




"Ahh thank you for the kind gesture, but im afraid i do not drink" Pandora replied softly handing him back the glass.

Lucretia blushed 'ah ... yes....' she looked away back over at the gardens, blushing



Halo just held it out to a passing man 'my good sir' and then turned back to her 'of course, fair maidens should not drink, it will ruin your most beautiful complexion'

"I would offer you some wine, but it appears i have drunk it" Damien shrugged chucking the glass into a trash can here a little smash before he walked voer to her.



Pandora felt herself blush, "May i inquire as to what your name is young sir?" she asked softly she hadnt met his gaze the whole time.

Lucretia just listened to the sound of his footsteps, he was the kind of man her parents would hate, that also excited her


'my name is Halo' Halo smiled 'and you my young lady?'

"The names Damien... Hades Damien" he stated holding out his hand for her as he was beside her.



"My name is Pandora" she replied softly, "It was nice meeting you Halo"

'Lucretia Valentine' Lucretia managed to say her name, taking his hand with her slightly trembling one



'the pleasure is most certainly all mine, now... if i may, can i see those beautiful eyes of yours' Halo smiled
