The Kuchiki Scandal

Name: Karui Kuchiki

Gender: Female

Family: She is part of the Kuchiki household being the sister of Byakuya... though he treats her coldly. Mainly for the fact his mother died giving birth to her and she looks the spitting image of his mother whom he loved dearly.

Work: She works at 13th though is never allowed missions... she is hardly ever allowed on patrol by order of Byakuya... she only did the paperwork and delivered it.

Zanpackto: She has only just achieved Shikia... her blade is most beautiful being the purest of white with silver streaks... her zanpackto is gentle and holds the element of snow though her brother clearly stated you could do nothing with snow.

Personality: She is kind and tries to help others. Though deep down she is lonely and hates being a noble and living with Byakuya as he treated her so coldly for years... if it wasnt for Genrei and her maid she would of left by now. But she really only was a child. She is rather gentle in not just her appearance but her attitude aswell... you could not picture her fighting or slaying hollows.

Gender: Female

Family: none

Work: raised by the punishment force as a trained assassin and guard, though a new opening position may be for her very soon.

Zanpackto: does not have a Zanpactou spirit sword as such, she fights with a magnitude of different weapons, swords, knives, bow and arrow, staffs, spears etc etc

Personality: hard to read and very loyal and dedicated to her work and to her masters. her personal life is unknown about, though she doesnt have much of a personal life at all

Appearance:

Byakuya was heading to the second squad he was not in the greatest of moods.



Karui was sitting inside the Kuchiki manor... she was reading a book quietly in the main room... she was always quiet Byakuya hated her.

Nanashi was in the punishment force grounds, training alone with her knives



Rena was tidying up around Karui, making sure the place was tidy

Byakuya knocked on the door before he moved inside second, "SoiFon-Taichou... have you read my request?" he asked.

"I have indeed..." SoiFon stated, "What is it you want with one of my best?"

"Protection nothing more" Byakuya replied.


Karui looked at the time, "Rena... do you know where Genrei-sama is?" she asked softly... she couldnt help but call her grandfather that when Byakuya had told her too saying she shouldnt be here.

Nanashi threw her knife at the target without even looking rather lazily, hitting the center, she didnt even look to check, she knew she had



Rena smiled 'ahhh i believe hes in his study'

SoiFon had someone sent for Nanashi to come here.

"If she accepts i will leave her in your care" SoiFon stated.

Byakuya nodded.



"Thank you" Karui smiled as she got up and moved to were Genrei would be and she knocked on his door gently.

Nanashi took the message and pulled her knife out of the board stashing it away before she flashstepped into the office



Ginrei lifted his head 'enter'

"Kuchiki Taichou has a request" SoiFon stated.

"I would like you to be my personal body guard... part of the private Kuchiki guard" Byakuya stated.



Karui opened the door slightly and bowed, "Genrei-sama... i was wondering if you would like to go for a walk"

Nanashi looked up at him for a second taking it in 'and what does Taichou think?' she asked her captain



'ahhhh of course, and i would you call me Ojii-sama instead' Ginrei smiled standing up

"Its a great opportunity... though i would hate to see one of my best go" SoiFon stated.

Byakuya just waited.




"I... i cant" Karui whispered, "Byakuya-sama would scold me again" she kept her gaze down.

Nanashi bowed her head 'Kuchiki-sama i would like to accept your offer'



'oh nonsense, you can call me what i tell you to in my presence' Ginrei sighed

Byakuya nodded, "Get your things you will live in the part of the manor specially for my private guard"




Karui smiled, "Ojii-sama... why is it he hates me so.... have i dont something to offend him?" she asked softly walking with him.

Nanashi kept her head down 'of course'



'i dont know' Ginrei sighed 'i wish you would get on better'

Byakuya waited, "I will wait here for you"




Karui looked down, "He makes me feel as if im not welcome... Ojii-sama if it weren't for you and my maid... i honestly wouldnt still be here right now" she sighed looking down it really did hurt her.

Nanashi was gone in an instant it hadnt even looked like she had stood up properly she was so fast



'he may own the house but he does not own your thoughts, so you stay strong' Ginrei told her

Byakuya waited in silence he knew she was fast.




Karui smiled at Genrei, "Thank you for listening to me" she looked much better when she smiled.

it was a matter of minutes before Nanashi was back with her bag she bowed at their feet kneeling on one knee



Ginrei smiled 'well you are my granddaughter'

"Come follow me" Byakuya stated, "Send the papers over later" he stated to SoiFon as he left.




Karui smiled, "Would you like me to get you some tea Ojii-sama?"

Nanashi bowed to Soifon before she left with Byakuya




'ahh tea would be great' Ginrei smiled

Byakuya moved back to the Kuchiki manor with her.





Karui moved and got him some tea and handed it to him.

Nanashi said not one word, she kept her mask up and ignored everything apart from her new boss



Ginrei smiled 'ahhh much better'

Byakuya opened the door to the manor, "I will have a maid show you to your new quarters... when you are settled report back to me" he stated as he moved out into the gardens were he saw Genrei and his sister.

"Genrei this is a new addition to our private guard" Byakuya stated pointing at Nanashi.

Karui kept her head bowed and was in silent.

"Why are you still in my site? go to your room" Byakuya stated slapping her round the face and he watched as she left.

"As i was saying Nanashi has great skill" Byakuya stated.

Nanashi knelt on one knee bowing saying nothing

'i wish you wouldnt treat your sister like that' Ginrei sighed

"She is not sister of mine" Byakuya stated, "That is all... Ryio show Nanashi to the private guards quarters" he stated.

Ryio nodded, "Please follow me" she spoke.



Karui moved into her room her hand over her cheek it had hurt she wiped her eyes sitting at her window.
