Matt just smirked.

Hana was happily eating the chocolate.

Mello sighed 'get out you two'

'nope, we live here too' Mai stated

"Ohh someones in a mood" Matt chuckled, "I guess he doesnt have the guts to sort it out" he loved to tease Mello.

Hana had soon finished the chocolate she was quiet.

Mello frowned 'i swear to god matt, piss off before i shoot you'

Mai smirked, she knew he wouldnt

"Okay sure" Matt replied.

Hana looked over at Mello.

Mello sighed 'just dont okay'

Mai said nothing more, they had teased him enough, she just leaned against Matt

Matt quietened down but still had a smug look on his face.

Hana jumped slightly as her phone went off.

Mello looked up pressing his finger to his lips

Mai didnt say anything anyways

"Hello" Hana answered the phone.

Matt just listened.

'hi' Ratio answered back


Mai stayed silent

Mello tensed up slightly

"Well well Ratio i am flattered you called so soon after getting my number" Hana smiled speaking down the phone, "It makes me feel special you took out your time"

Matt sat back.

Mello didnt like this at all

Mai closed her eyes leaning against Matt

Raito spoke 'ahhh yes i was wondering if you would like to meet up before class tomorrow'

"Sure i would love to meet up... maybe we could walk to college together... take a nice slow walk.... romantic" she whispered the last part to add effect.

Matt smiled and placed his hand over Mais.

Mello clenched his fist

Mai smiled lacing her fingers with Matts


Raito smiled she was playing right into his hands 'sounds good'

Hana gently placed her hand over Mello's uncurling his fists, "Ratio..... maybe after college tomorrow... we could do something together... i like spending time with you" she whispered some parts she acted like she only longed for him.

Matt smiled at that contact.

Mello grasped her hand in his, completely

Mai just kept quiet


'sure, im sure we can find something to do... alone' Ratio stated

Hana couldnt help but smile at Mello she squeezed his hand gently, "Sure.... well im getting kind of sleepy... as much as i would love to talk to you all night... hear your voice im afraid i might fall asleep on you... your voice can sound so soothing and soft i could fall asleep hearing it"

Matt traced his fingers across Mai's arm gently.

Raito smiled 'of course, ill see you tomorrow morning ill come to the house okay?'

Mello didnt let go of her hand


Mai smiled to herself

"About what time... i must make sure i look good for Ratio" Hana replied.

Matt carried on.

'you dont need to your beautiful anyways' Raito smiled 'but about tenish, we dont start until afternoon'


Mello tensed again


Mai leaned up slightly and whispered to Matt, so only he would hear 'as soon as she puts the phone down, lets go to a different room... leave them alone'

"Of course i will be ready for then.... goodnight Ratio" Hana replied she gently sed her fingers to trace the palm of Mellos hand.



Matt nodded in response.

'goodnight' Raito put down the phone

Mello didnt pull back his hand

Mai didnt move, she stayed still, she had to be sure

Hana sighed putting the down phone she turned it off so she wouldnt be bothered again for the night.


Matt got up silently.

Mai moved walking into a different room, namely the sort of bedroom where she slept there were two laptops open on a desk in the corner a small tv with a game console and her double bed


Mello still did not move his hand

Matt followed her.



Hana smiled up at Mello, "I have to be home before ten tomorrow morning"
