Kain just smirked making the lie Ichijo told more believable.

Zero watched her go sighing


Kaname glared at Kain 'really Kain, dont push your luck i know your secret'

Ryoko head back to the dorms it didnt take her too long before she moved inside to were her brother was.

Kain just watched Kaname.

Kirai sighed 'is this a game Kaname?'

Kaname sighed 'Kirai, you are blinded, Ryoko you too'

Ryoko was confused, "I dont think so"

Kain looked at Kaname what was his angle?"

Kirai sighed 'what in the hell are you going on about'

'Ichijou reported some interesting things to me' Kaname stated

Ryoko looked at Kaname it wasnt exactly Ichijou's thing to tell a lie.

Kain narrowed his eyes.

'hes using you' Kaname stated 'and Zero you! Ryoko'

'dont be stupid' Kirai sighed

"Zero isnt using me... he isnt the type to" Ryoko said defensively.

Kain laughed, "Really?.... oh really? this is low Kaname even for you"

'he wants to keep you so that he stays alive' Kaname stated before he turned to Kain 'hey Kain, who is the woman you loved that i killed?'

Kirai looked confused

"No" Ryoko whispered she wouldnt believe that.

Kain's face dropped, "The human girl..... Renya.... you killed her"

'so your using Kirai, to get to me' Kaname stated 'for a dead human'

Kirai stepped back 'you... you loved a human?'

"No its not like that.... i thought i liked her but it wasnt love" Kain replied looking at Kirai.

Ryoko was just thinking.

'oh hoooo lie your way through this, i know she looked just like Kirai' Kaname smirked sitting down

Kirai took another step back 'im not a replacement!'

"No!" Kain replied, "He's lying"

Ryoko sat down why was Kaname being like this?.

Kaname sighed 'Ichijou told me, why would Ichijou lie'

Kirai didnt know what to do

"I.... dont know" Kain replied he had no answer for that Ichijou would never lie even if he did love Kirai he wouldnt be as low to spread lies.

Ryoko sighed softly.

Kaname sighed 'see'

Kirai moved 'Akatsuki?'

"Kirai i would never do that to you" Kain sighed looking down.

"Kaname.... Zero isnt using me" Ryoko replied softly her hand subconsciously rubbed her neck.

Kirai didnt know what to believe she looked up at him 'then this girl?'


Kaname sighed 'Ichijou said that he found out that hes using you for blood, so he doesnt die, im trying to protect you Ryoko'

"Renya.... i watched her day in day out... she was human.... then i watched as Kaname killed her drinking her dry.... killing her" Kain replied.


"He isnt.... he isnt" Ryoko defended.... he didnt want my blood he pushed it away!"

'what was so special about her' Kirai frowned


'a lie to make him believe you maybe?' Kaname sighed

"I thought i liked her... and i owed her brother a favour so i protected her like he asked" Kain sighed.


"No no... its not true why would he do that to me?" Ryoko replied, "He hates who he is.... he isnt selfish!"

Kirai stepped back 'i never looked at ANYONE but you'



'why are you shouting at me?' Kaname stated 'im telling you the facts'

"This was before i even met you" Kain sighed.



"Im not shouting... he wouldnt do that to me" Ryoko sighed looking down her hair falling infront of her faint marks on her neck from were Zero had taken her blood.
