Byakuya went to follow but he had to keep himself in check she was a woman and he would wait until the marriage night.

"I'm not hungry... nor thirsty" Hitohira sighed.

Kimiko stopped inside the door breathing slightly heavily

Hitohira looked out of her window quietly.

Kimiko moved to get dressed, he hadnt followed her

Byakuya had to leave or he would do something he would regret he was gone in a flash.

Hitohira layed back down on her bed.

Kimiko was finished changing she moved back to him, but he was gone, she frowned why had he left her, he didnt like her at all, that was the only reason she could think of

Cho moved to the kitchens to make sure there would be something just incase

Byakuya moved inside his manor breathing heavy he went straight to his room for a cold shower.

Hitohira closed her eyes thinking.

Kimiko sat at her desk sighing he hadnt even said goodbye

Byakuya sighed as he moved to shower.

Hitohira let herself fall asleep it would ease the pain.

Kimiko moved back laying on her bed sighing was she really that unattractive

Renji had moved from the office to his home

The days went by and the holiday was upon them. It had now reached Christmas day the only thing that had changed was Renji spending more time at the Kuchiki manor with Rukia. Byakuya had apologised to Kimiko about that night and was hosting a Christmas dinner at his house for the four of them.

Hitohira did not leave her room she barely ate anymore. But slowly she was getting over it. She had got into the mindset if he was happy she was happy. But today her spirit had died because it was her first christmas without her brother. Without anyone really important to her.

Kimiko was still at her manor, getting ready, she had to make sure she was beautiful today, she had to put in the effort

Hisagi knocked on her manor door he had a small gift in his hands.

Byakuya was waiting for Kimiko before he would do anything.

Hitohira sat at her window just looking out at the snow.

Kimiko opened the door as she was just about to leave anyways 'ohh Hisagi' she hadnt expected him today

Renji was sitting in the main room with Rukia, he wondered if Hitohira was alright

"I wanted to say thank you for the training... its not much" Hisagi replied as he held out a small gift for her. He was poor but he had bought her a little ornament to go on her shelf. It was in the shape of a dragon.

Byakuya was sat in the main room with Rukia and Renji he wondered how long he would have to wait until Kimiko was here.

Hitohira closed her eyes placing her hand on the window.

Kimiko smiled slightly, a rare treat from her 'you didnt have to do that' she smiled as she started to open it 'ohhh my, isnt that pretty'

Renji felt a little awkward

Hisagi stood up straight, "Merry Christmas" he replied.

Byakuya sighed, "She is taking her time"

Hitohira felt the tears leave her eyes it had been a while since she had cried but being alone on Christmas without her brother was affecting her.

'merry christmas' Kimiko smiled 'im sorry i didnt get you anything, i will have something good for you at our next training.. alright?'

Renji fiddled with his hands not saying anything

'shell be here soon, shes probably just putting in too much effort with her looks' Rukia sighed 'she clings to you Nii-sama'

"You do not have too" Hisagi replied, "I will see you some time after christmas" he stated before moving off.

Byakuya sighed, "Is that such a problem?... i still sense as if you do not like her"

Hitohira curled up hugging her knees at her window crying softly to herself she felt ill but it was her own fault.

Kimiko moved slowly placing the ornament down on the dining table she would put it away later

Rukia sighed 'i dont not really'

Renji felt very awkward

Hisagi moved off home he was spending christmas with the boys. No one liked being alone for christmas.

"Why? she is a a perfect bride and has done nothing but be nice to you" Byakuya sighed.

Ginrei had come down and entered the main room Christmas this year was certainly busy.

Hitohira shook slightly thinking it was best to sleep. That was all she ever did was sleep these days and yet she still looked tired.

Kimiko flashstepped to the Kuchiki manor checking her hair once more before she knocked on the door

Rukia bit her lip she was trying to destroy the memory of her sister

Renji looked up slightly it must be time now

Ginrei sighed hoping nothing would go wrong.

Hitohira moved to her bed laying on it to sleep.

Kimiko smiled 'im sorry im late, Hisagi my student brought me a gift for helping him train'

Renji waited

Rukia sighed she had promised not to mention anything

Byakuya nodded, "Shall we exchange presents before we eat?" he replied looking over at everyone.

Ginrei clasped his hands together, "Perhaps that is best as we shall be full after the meal just wanting to relax"

Hitohira gripped the covers shaking she couldn't sleep she was trying.
