Hyoki curled up again closing her eyes.


"What are you doing out of bed you should be resting" Neji sighed.

Kakashi went straight to her mother


Ayame bit her lip 'i was getting a drink' clearly it had been him who had moved her

Kurenai was in her room looking at Asuma's things.


Hyoki just knew Kakashi would return she grabbed a bag putting a few things in including the picture of her and Asuma before she left to stay somewhere else.


"You almost drowned" Neji sighed, "We don't need another death today"

Ayame closed her eyes 'Neji please... ive always looked after myself'

Kurenai answered the door.

Hyoki moved with her things not caring about the odd looks she was getting, but then that was because you could see more blood than skin.


"You would of died if it were not for me" Neji sighed.

Kakashi sighed 'im so sorry... but... but i think Hyoki really needs you... shes pushed me away'


Ayame pressed her hands on the bench 'THEN I WOULD HAVE DIED!'

"If she needs me she will come to me" Kurenai smiled, "I would be no help"

Hyoki sat down in a secluded spot away from her home.


"You would of died not knowing about a good man who passed away today" Neji replied. "Is your life really that worthless to wish it away? Asuma had no choice... you do" he stated.

Kakashi sighed 'she wouldnt let me help her clean up'


'get out' Ayame whispered her whole body shaking

"She probably thinks it is her fault.. she only recently hugged him and not too long after she saw what she did... she is probably avoiding all contact again" Kurenai replied.

"Why did you leave me?.... i didn't get a chance to show my love" Hyoki whispered to the picture in her hands she was glad she still had the frame or blood would of been on this picture.

"Fine... if you want to wish your life away so easily... don't expect me to save you" Neji stated.

Kakashi looked down 'then how am i supposed to help her?'



Ayame closed her eyes 'i didnt expect you to save me this time Neji... dont try to guilt trip me.. just dont, dont you think i have enough going on in my head?'

"I don't know.... Asuma... always got her to open up with Shoji" she whispered slightly.

"It would of been easier if it was me that had died" Hyoki whispered to the picture.



Neji sighed, "I wouldn't bother coming to training with that attitude..@ he stated as he moved out.

Kakashi sighed 'i dont know if she would even give me the opportunity'


Ayame stared at the work bench
and why was i so deluded that he might have liked me too... i just happened to be there, thats all.... youd like that wouldnt you Neji, me to get out of your life forever... just like everyone else... i bet over 80% of the people in the village couldnt even tell you my name, im just that outsider girl... i always will be

"Then... i do not know" Kurenai sighed.


"People only know my name out of fear... they avoid me... avoid touch like i am a disease ... hey hate me... but they loved you... it... should of been me" Hyoki whispered crying.

Neji moved back home.

Kakashi put his head down 'all i wanted to do was help'




Ayame gripped the edge of the bench as her tears dripped onto it

Kurenai sighed heavily she did not know what to do... Asuma would.

Hyoki just sobbed where she was, she gripped at her clothes shaking.


Nejis sat in his home sighing.

Kakashi gripped her shoulder 'im so sorry'



Ayame sighed wiping her eyes what was she supposed to do

Ayame dragged herself to her bedroom

Hyoki looked at the river beside of her, "They should of killed me not you..." she whispered.


Neji sighed and made himself some food.

Kakashi moved back to her house


Ayame collapsed on her bed had Neji just come to shout at her

Hyoki was not there anymore she gripped the photo in her hands considering to drown herself in the river but she knew it would not help but it would stop everything... it would stop her limit.


Neji sighed heavily.

Kakashi found her gone, he stood in the doorway his breathing becoming heavy, where had she gone


Ayame curled up in her bed, not wanting to do anything.. she was fine until he walked into her life... she was content with loneliness.. not now she knew what she was missing

"Its better if i am gone... no one can hate me... i can't cause anymore pain" Hyoki whispered she looked at the river again, "Forgive me for not causing myself more pain to drown myself... i'd rather it be quick" she spoke to the photo as if it could understand her she pulled out one of her weapons placing it over her heart.


Neji sighed heavily he could not take it he would have to talk to her... apologise and perhaps become friends again.

Kakashi was out, with his eye trying to look for her


Ayame lay there she couldnt even be bothered to get alcohol

Hyoki pressed the blade into her skin letting the blood run down though it was hard to tell seeing as she was still covered in blood.


Neji moved and slipped a note under her door knocking once before he left.
