Payne was very careful of his shoulder, she lay beside him


'night' Zack smiled letting her stay cuddled up

Genesis wrapped an arm around her to rest.


Madie soon fell asleep.

the night went by and soon it was morning

Payne was still asleep beside Genesis


Zack had moved Madie into his bed and he had slept on the couch he didnt want to invade

Genesis sighed opening his eyes, "Ah man work"


Madie had awoken early she had made sure that Zack was tucked in the blanket before she left writing a note she had to be in early. Currently she was in her office coughing as she worked on the reports.

'shh' Payne whispered half asleep



Zack had gotten up and read her note, he was not getting ready to go in

Genesis groaned sitting up sighing.


Madie moved from her desk and moved outside she had to get some things.

Payne gripped at the covers not wanting to get up



Zack moved walking up to the Shin-ra building hands in his pockets

"Come on Payne" Genesis smiled at her.


Madie held all the items in her hands moving back just as it started to rain heavily soaking her through.

'do i have to' Payne moaned 'your injured, take a day off, ill look after you' she mumbled


Zack looked up at the sky before moving in, it was just a bit of water he wasnt worried

"Come on i want to see you fight" Genesis whined.


Madie started to cough even more shaking she was not well and the rain was not making her feel better.

Payne moved 'okay okay im moving'

Zack moved into the main room even though he was early

Genesis grinned he was ready he just waited for her.


Madie moved back inside her office but made it no further until she collapsed on the floor drenched.

Payne moved getting ready herself


Zack was going to see Madie before work

Genesis moved to the kitchen to grab something to eat.


Madie had passed out in her office the things scattered around her as her uniform clung to her body from being wet.

Payne was soon ready 'alright lets go'


Zack moved inside 'hey Madie' then he saw her and moved over picking her up 'hey... you okay?'

Genesis nodded and held open the door for her, "I think i should get some more pain relief from Madie"


Madie opened her eyes slowly, "Zack?" she whispered.

Payne moved to her bike and waited for him 'you sore?'


Zack smiled 'hey whats wrong sweetheart'

"A little" Genesis replied.


Madie smiled gathering her things again, "Oh i'm fine... i just have a lot of work to do" she coughed.

Payne drove off 'get it seen to' she worried but she always sounded to straight edged about things

'babe, i think your running a fever' Zack sighed

"I will do" Genesis smiled.


"I can't afford to run a fever with you lot" Madie chuckled as she placed a few things away, "Go on Zack i will be fine"

Payne soon was parked up inside the buildings car park



'i wont until you take the day off and rest, we'll be fine' Zack smiled

Genesis got off stretching.


"I can't... Sephiroth has not given me the day off... i have so much to do" Madie sighed heavily coughing even more as she used the wall for support.

Payne moved 'so, how did you sleep'


Zack sighed 'look he'll understand, i'll go get him'

Genesis nodded in response.



Madie sighed softly "Zack I will be fine" she whispered.

Payne looked up 'hm?'


Zack shook his head 'nope, ill get the general'
