Byakuya smiled up at her it was the small things that helped.

Karui felt the tears leave her eyes silently... she knew she coulndnt give him anything and this was her chance to maybe prove people wrong.

Nanashi was thinking, her face was stern unmoving, she wasnt even looking at Byakuya though her hand was on his shoulder

'i just want you and now youll do something so foolish... with so much risk, that may take you away from me' Hitsugaya sighed 'why arent you listening to me'

"I wish i could save her... and the child.... it would make happy" Byakuya sighed, "What can we do?"

Karui felt herself shake she was getting cold due to not a lot of body heat or warmth.

Hitsugaya placed a blanket over her but he looked upset that she was not listening to him

"Maybe.... maybe it would be best" Karui whispered very quietly her voice clearly showed much hurt about giving up.

Karui hated this illness she really did.

Nanashi ran back into Karuis room 'i will surrogate the child, implant it in my womb' as soon as Byakuya had said that it would make him happy, she didnt even think about it

Hitsugaya jumped with surprise

Unohana looked up shocked, she could do that 'and what does Byakuya think'

Nanashi bit her lip 'i.. didnt tell him, but i know he would be happy, he told me he would be happy if there was a way to save both lives.... so.. i didnt have to think.. it would make him happy'

Hitsugaya was pretty stunned, she would go so far.. for him?

Byakuya moved inside he had heard, "You would do that... to make me happy?" he asked Nanashi... she had just made him so proud to call her his lover she would do this for his sister.

The strain was to much for Karui and she blacked out her body shutting itself down.

Nanashi nodded without hesitation, it would make Byakuya happy

After Karui had blacked out she slowly started to wake up two days later... The operation was done but her body had suffered a lot, she was hooked up to a lot of machines that were helping keep her stable until her body recovered. She felt as if she could barely moved and the beeping she could hear going to straight to her head as it was rather loud to her.

Nanashi was fine now, but she was carrying Karui's child

Karui's hand twitched slightly, "To... Shiro" she whispered her voice very weak.

Byakuya was at home, he was kind of glad in a way that this had happened as Ginrei held more respect for Nanashi.

Hitsugaya gripped her hand 'dont waste your energy'

Nanashi just sat with her eyes closed, she couldnt believe she had life inside her, she had only ever killed, and now she had saved two lives

Byakuya sighed "Unohana told me my sister shows no sign of improvement… I'm worried" he looked at Nanashi you could see it in his eyes.

Hitsugaya smiled stroking her hand before he sent Byakuya a message

Nanashi looked down, she didnt know what to do to make him happier, what else could she do

Karui tried to relax her body really was weak.

"You did everything you could... and i thank you for it" Byakuya smiled as he took Nanashis hand and kissed it gently. He looked up receiving a message and smiled, "She woke up.... though her body is no different she woke up"

"Shiro" Karui whispered, "I... dont feel well"

Byakuya smiled, "Its great news... i must inform Ginrei" he moved out of the front room and headed to his office not even knocking as he opened the door, "Ginrei... i bring good news... Karui... she woke up"

'ill get Unohana' Hitsugaya whispered

Ginrei stood up 'lets go see her now'

Nanashi stayed in the chair closing her eyes, she felt weird still
