Karui kept her eyes closed she felt dizzy and like she was going to throw up any second.


Byakuya looked at Nanashi, "Would you like to come?"

Hitsugaya returned with Unohana


Nanashi had her eyes closed, but she nodded

Though Karui was awake she was looking a lot worse than when she was asleep.


Byakuya took her hand in his gently.

'are you okay?' Hitsugaya whispered as Unohana checked her over



Nanashi looked up at him, she had done it for him, noone else

Karui shook her head slightly she really wasnt well.



Byakuya walked with her smiling.

Unohana moved to give her pain killers

Hitsugaya looked so worried


Ginrei was with them

Karui closed her eyes she could feel as if her body was giving up the will to fight whether she wanted it to or not.


Byakuya moved inside fourth.

Unoahana tried to stabilize her

"Maybe its time to give up" Karui whispered with her eyes closed her body wanted it and she was tired of fighting.



Byakuya held open the door for her.

Ginrei was being very careful with Nanashi, because she was carrying his granddaughters child

"Its not working Toushiro..... im tired of fighting" Karui stated, "Im tired of being like this all the time" she whispered, "Even if i am saved now my body will return to this state again one day"



Byakuya was in high spirits, "Which room Ginrei?"

'and leave me with a child?' Hitsugaya sighed



Ginrei showed them the way

"Im sorry" Karui whispered, "Im trying.... but it hurts...." she had started to cry her body was shaking and indeed giving up again.


Byakuya followed him.

Unohana was doing everything she could

"Toushiro.... i love you so much" Karui whispered, "But maybe it is best.... to let me go" she coughed slightly, "I cant take the pain"


Byakuya had heard that and he honestly did not know what to say he was stunned.... it made him think did this cause his mother pain like this?... had she ever considered moving on. He stood silently shocked.

'dont do this to me' Hitsugaya stated 'dont' he whispered

Nanashi didnt know what to say

"Ojii-sama" Karui whispered shocked he was there.... either that or she was dreaming.

"Retsu.... was my mother in this kind of pain?" Byakuya whispered, "Is there nothing you can do?" he asked softly concerned.

Unohana shushed him 'im working on her' she was trying

Hitsugaya gave Karui a squeeze of the hand

Nanashi didnt know what to do

Karui moved his hand slightly so she rested her head against it, "Toushiro..... ill try again..... for you" she whispered as she fought her hardest against it. Though it pained her and you could clearly see it she was trying. Soon Karuis body was stabilised though she felt much weaker after it and looked paler. They saying always went it had to get worse before it got better.

Byakuya looked down squeezing Nanashis hand slightly.

Hitsugaya was relieved, he had a scare

Unohana wiped her brow

Karui barely moved she really didnt have the energy after that but she opened her eyes the pained expression still in them.

Byakuya sighed with relief.
