Katsumi ate a little more smiling to herself making sure to leave him more than half

'the police have boarded off the house, they are using everything as evidence, but you will be returned all items' the nurse smiled

Masaru smiled he pulled out two juice cartoons and handed her one.

Haru shook her head, "I want nothing... just the photo" she whispered.... "And... the coat"

Katsumi smiled, she passed him the box, she had left him much more than she had ate 'you should have more, you need your strength more than me.... plus youre a man'

Masaru smiled, "Thats sweet of you" he placed his hand over hers gently as he started top eat.

Haru looked down at her hands, "Do you.... do you know whats going to happen?" she asked looking up at the nurse you could see the fear in her eyes she was shaking slightly as her hand moved scratching at her other arm.

'youll be taken into care if someone doesnt agree to adopt you.... and i wont let that happen okay?' the nurse smiled

Masaru pulled out two neatly wrapped items he passed one to her it was a beautiufl cake inside.

Haru looked up slightly, "You... you wont" she whispered before she looked back down, "Your really kind to me.... how can i ever repay you" she whispered.

Katsumi upwrapped the little box 'oh my... god....' that really looked like some expensive cake

the nurse smiled 'just be a happy normal child'

Haru sighed slightly looking down, "Has he... been caught?" she whispered so quiet it was barely audible.

'they havent said anything yet' the nurse placed her hand on the bed to be reassuring

Haru was really shaking, "What if he.... he comes for me" she whispered she really was scared of him walking through the door.

'he doesnt know where you are, and he certainly cant just walk into a hospital' the nurse reasoned

Haru nodded slightly, "You havent seen.... the... ermm book have you?" she whispered. She hoped that the nurse only knew her father stabbed her and that was it..

There was a knock on the door before two policewomen walked inside.

"Ahh we have come to ask Haru some questions" The policewoman smiled kindly.

Haru looked down she didnt want to answer.

Katsumi had finished she wrapped the box up neatly 'um.. im sorry to ask.. but can i keep the box? as a little reminder ... of ... of something y-you give me?' she blushed

the nurse frowned 'am i permitted to stay?'

The policewoman nodded as she sat down, "Now Haru.... some of the things written in your dairy..."

"Its all true" Haru whispered clutching the bed sheets, "Please... dont make me say it"

The policewoman sighed, "I'm sorry.... but its procedure"
