Ayame moved to try to make up a board of nice things for them even though she didnt have much money



Kakashi moved in 'thanks'

Asuma nodded to him 'thank you for bringing her home'

Neji picked a movie he liked the look off and read the back of it.


"I could of walked back by myself i am a big girl" Hyoki smiled as she handed Kakashi a cup of tea.

Kurenai sighed, "After what just happened i am glad Kakashi brought you home"

Ayame brought in a tray of things they could pick at



Kakashi took the tea 'noone wants to walk alone'

Asuma nodded 'i want to know you are safe'

Neji put the film on and sat on the sofa.


Hyoki smiled, "I bet its just because you wanted me to play Shoji isn't it" it was clear she had cheered up since she left.

Kurenai smiled she was terrible at it.

Ayame sat down putting a drink infront of him too


Asuma nodded 'yes.... i wanted to play Shoji'

Kakashi laughed 'ohh lets have a go'

Neji moved his arm so it rested on the chair, it kind of looked as if he had his arm around her.


Hyoki laughed, "Who with me of father?" she chuckled... "I would be a better match than this old timer"

Kurenai chuckled softly listening to them it was clear Hyoki had cheered up.

Ayame tried to relax, but being so close to him was hard


Kakashi laughed 'ohhh choices'

'i dont think so Hyoki.. im undefeated' Asuma laughed

Neji closed his eyes and gently pulled her into his arms hugging her.


Hyoki sighed, "I almost beat you the other day"

Kurenai sat down smiling.

Ayame felt her stomach jump she looked up at him slowly



Asuma laughed 'the operative word is nearly'

Kakashi laughed 'we should play'

Neji looked at the film just holding her gently in his arms.


Hyoki sighed, "Oh hush you don't make me fight you"

Kurenai chuckled softly.

Ayame was blushing slightly she tried to watch the movie


Asuma laughed 'go on go play Shoji with him'

Kakashi watched them

Neji moved his hand and stroked her hair gently.


Hyoki chuckled, "He has a name" she stood up, "Want to come play Shoji in a different room?" she asked Kakashi.

Kurenai smiled to herself.

Ayame moved her hand slowly to hold him back



Kakashi moved 'lead the way'

Asuma watched them go

Neji smiled slightly feeling great she had held him back.


Hyoki moved off leading him to her room she had a board in there.

Kurenai looked over at Asuma, "She is not a little girl aymore..."

Ayame bit her lip slightly 'hey Neji...'


Kakashi moved with her

Asuma looked up 'eh?'

"Hmm?" Neji replied.


Hyoki opened the door for him.

Kurenai shook her head at him, "She has brought a boy home... taking him to her room to play Shoji" she handed him a cup of tea. "Since when did she bring people home? no matter whom they are"

Ayame gripped him slightly '.. erm... this?... do.. eh.. i..' she was stumbling around her words



Kakashi moved 'ohh nice room'


'hes her teacher' Asuma laughed

Neji looked down at her, "What do you mean?" he asked, "Do you not like it?"


"Eh... thanks" Hyoki chuckled he was the first outsider to see her room.

Kurenai laughed, "Have you not seen the way our daughter looks at him? it is more than teacher and student"

'i.. i do' Ayame blushed 'i.. eh just wanted to know.. how you.. eh well.. felt' she looked like she half didnt want to ask


Kakashi looked around 'well then.. erm... Shoji'

Asuma sighed 'shes safe with him, thats all i care about'

"Felt...." Neji was unsure of how to say it. "I... like you" he replied.


Hyoki pulled out the board and set it up smiling.

Kurenai raised her eyebrows, "So you're not bothered if they where to have a relationship"

Ayame bit her lip 'i eh... i like you too... like... really like you' she put her head down 'really..'


Kakashi sat down

Asuma closed his eyes 'hes better than other people'

"Then its fine" Neji replied.


Hyoki sat down and said she could go first.

Kurenai sighed softly, "I guess he is"

Ayame closed her eyes so she could forget he was there and just speak '... dont you think im worthless?' well noone else gave her the time of day


Kakashi moved his piece 'i might not be as good as your father mind'

'i was ever so worried about her' Asuma sighed

"No" Neji replied firmly he never thought that of her.


Hyoki chuckled softly, "You still have a bright mind... i am not as good as him or Shikimaru mind" she moved her piece smiling.

"She has cheered up more now" Kurenai smiled, "Maybe Kakashi will help teach her to not be afraid... we have done all we could but we are family she needs an outsider so to speak to help her"

Ayame never moved nor opened her eyes 'i... im very lonely' before they had been put in teams...noone had spoken to her at all outside of the academy


Kakashi sighed 'these things take years to perfect... your father and Shikimaru dont just think 1 or 2 moves ahead... i know for a fact Shikimaru thinks up to 18 moves ahead'


Asuma sighed 'i just want her to be safe... its my only concern'
