Ginrei had all the staff in position ready, waiting

the maid was still there 'is that all ma'am?'

Kimiko was smoking as she read, she never looked up from the papers in her hand

"Why did you arrange two in one day?" Byakuya asked still in a bad mood.

Hitohira nodded smiling, "Thank you" she replied before she moved from her room to find her brother.

"Miss you have a package" The maid whispered.

'if you dont pick out of these two, its 5 a day until you do' Ginrei laughed 'these two need more time, they are important guests'

Ichirou was at his desk as always

Kimiko didnt look up she took a long draw of her pipe before slowly blowing out the smoke 'lay it down over there ill see to it later'

Byakuya sighed "Fine" he was still displeased.

Hitohira smiled at her brother "I am leaving" she spoke softly.

The maid nodded and set it down.

Ginrei was smiling 'lighten up'

Ichirou nodded 'there is a carriage to take you waiting'

Kimiko didnt even look up, she just waved the maid out

Byakuya sighed and asked a maid to bring him the paper for today.

Hitohira smiled nodding, "I shall return later" she replied before she moved out to the carriage.

The maid scurried out.

Ginrei sighed 'she'll be here soon, prepare, nevermind the paper'

Ichirou watched her go

Kimiko closed her eyes sighing she had enough to do without this

Byakuya felt his eye twitch slightly but waited.

Hitohira looked out of the window of the carriage.

Kimiko closed her eyes sighing she put down the paper and sat back smoking

Byakuya sighed just waiting.

Hitohira saw them pull up. The Kuchiki manor was just as grand as hers. She moved out of the carriage and walked up to the door and knocked.

Ginrei smiled as the maid opened the door he was giddy

'ahh ma'am come in, i will alert Kuchiki-sama of your arrival' the maid smiled moving to tell Byakuya

Kimiko looked up at the ceiling sighing

Hitohira smiled nodding, "Thank you" she spoke politely.

Hiroshi moved into Kimiko's study.

Ginrei pushed Byakuya out of the room 'go go go take her to the tea room... nicely!'

Kimiko puffed out her smoke with her eyes closed

Byakuya sighed and moved out nodding to Hitohira, "I am glad you could make it, please follow me" he replied.

Hitohira kept a smile upon her face, "I am delighted to of received an invite Kuchiki-sama"

"Still working?" Hiroshi asked.

Ginrei was standing at the door, only Byakuya could see him, he was motioning for Byakuya to take her hand

'always working' Kimiko corrected taking another puff of her pipe

Byakuya narrowed his eyes to Ginrei and walked on not taking her hand.

Hitohira walked along follow Byakuya to the tea room which he opened the door for her first.

Hiroshi nodded, "You must think of the meeting tonight"

'i must think of the family duties now' Kimiko sighed 'i will think of the meeting, tonight, i have a role to perform, i am head of this house'

Hitoharu sat down neatly.

Byakuya sat down himself as a maid poured them tea. He knew Ginrei would look on this he always was nosy.

Hiroshi nodded, "Of course, but do remember you need to keep the family line going"

Hitohira thanked the maid for the tea and sipped it quietly.

Byakuya simply nodded to his maid he drank his tea as silence filled the room.

Hiroshi sighed softly, "You need to prepare for the future aswell"

Ginrei crossed his fingers 'talk talk talk talk talk' he whispered to himself

'without a smooth running present, there is no smooth running future' Kimiko spoke wisdom beyond her years, she was very mature

Byakuya was unsure of what to discuss so he stayed silent.

Hitohira was always taught to not speak unless spoken to, so she unsure whether to speak up or not. The only thing you could hear was the wind pick up outside.

Hiroshi nodded, "I see"

Ginrei slapped his forehead he glared at Byakuya through the crack in the door, hoping he would get the hint

Kimiko sighed 'ive heard that Byakuya would prefer to be married to his late-wife's grave, in the end, his love for her might outweigh everything, his heart will not be easy to sway' she had been thinking about it

Byakuya felt a glare be set upon him. He narrowed his eyes even more to the crack of the door.

Hitohira noticed Byakuya start to glare maybe she had done something wrong. "Kuchiki-sama... is something the matter?" she asked looking over at him.

Byakuya snapped out of it before he turned to her and shook his head, "Of course not... so you are the only daughter of the Mahou clan?"

Hitohira nodded smiling, "I am indeed."

"I see." Byakuya replied finishing of his tea.

Hiroshi sighed, "That may be true but love has nothing to do with marriage... this is simply so our line will not cease out"

Ginrei smiled, wasnt the way he had expected, but it had worked at least

'dont underestimate a stubborn mans heart, he wont betray her memory easily' Kimiko stated, and truth be told, she didnt want him to, she too, had once dreamed of a man who loved her, she couldnt bare the thought of marrying a man who was devoted to a deceased woman... a memory
