The Four Noble Clans

Byakuya sighed heavily realising he had forgotten to tell Renji to finish off all the paperwork and hand out missions. He was useless without him.

"Are you sure nothing is troubling you?" Hitohira asked softly.

"Ah, it is a minor problem. I forgot to tell my incapable Lieutenant on what to do whilst i am gone for today" Byakuya replied.

"Ah yes you are the captain of the 6th division" Hitohira smiled. "If i remember correctly... Renji is your Lieutenant... he has red hair kind of hard to miss"

"Indeed" Byakuya sighed placing his tea cup down.


Horishi sighed, "Of course... but it is not just the mans decision... do not forget the elders play a big role in marriages too"

Ginrei closed his eyes, why were they talking about Renji, they should be talking about love and walks in the park


Kimiko nodded she said nothing about her own feelings at all

Hitohira was unsure on how to speak now the silence had returned but it was so awkward.

Byakuya felt odd.

"What are you interests Kuchiki-sama?" Hitohira asked softly the nerves slipping through into her voice slightly.


Horish sat down thinking.

Ginrei smiled this seemed more promising


Kimiko emptied out her pipe into her ashtray in silence

Byakuya had to think he was not sure if he had any 'interests' "I do not know"

Hitohira looked down at the cup in her hands.


Hiroshi just wondered if the Kuchiki decline her offer he would have to find another suitable person.

Ginrei sighed loudly, this was awkward


Kimiko picked up some more papers to read through

Hitohira could of sworn she heard something.

Byakuya could not believe Ginrei. He looked at Hitohira and took her hand, "Would you accompany me to the gardens for a walk?" he asked.

Hitohira nodded smiling as she got up with him.


Hiroshi sighed, "I see you have not looked at the kimono i got for you"

Ginrei smiled watching he took her hand this was a start


'im busy' Kimiko stated 'i will see it when its up, im sure its up to Byakuya's usual standard'

Byakuya walked out with her leading her along. They were still silent. Byakuya was thinking on how Hisana's hand was soft to the touch much like this girls hand but to him it was nothing compared to Hisana.


Hiroshi sighed, "Alright"

Ginrei was not far behind


Kimiko stood up slowly and picked up the box 'okay, ill look'

Byakuya walked through his gardens with her. His memories thinking on how he walked with Hisana over the bridge on a beautiful day like this.

"Kuchiki-sama" Hitohira spoke looking up at him gently pulling her hand back. "Maybe it would be best to invite me back when you are ready to remarry. If i am so lucky as to get another invitation" she smiled at him. "If am i honored with being chosen as your bride i would not force you to love me." she bowed her head to him the soft smile never leaving her face.

Byakuya was not sure on what to say he was stuck for words.

"I had a wonderful time Kuchiki-sama thank you for having me" Hitohira replied before she raised her head and headed to the exit.


Hiroshi smiled, "Wonderful"

[Ginrei looked up what the hell had just happaned



Kimiko opened up the box to pull out the kimono to look at it

Hitohari left the manor quietly she could sense how uncomfortable Byakuya was and she did not want to impose on him.

Byakuya sighed as he moved to go inside.


Hiroshi wanted to see her reaction.

Ginrei moved over 'what happened, why did she leave'


Kimikos eyes widened this was amazing, even to what she was used to 'wow'

Byakuya sighed and told him what happened.


Hiroshi grinned happily, "You like it?"


Hitohari sighed her carriage was not here to pick her up as she had left way too early so she decided to walk back.

Ginrei sighed 'were you thinking of her... Hisana?'



'it sure is something else... i must say' Kimiko spoke slowly 'splendid'

"I can not help it" Byakuya sighed. "But she is still willing to marry me so i do not need a lecture"


Hiroshi nodded happily.


Hitohira just walked along slowly.

Ginrei sighed 'Byakuya, i understand, im not as cold as you think i am, but its been 50 years'


Kimiko moved 'ill change'

Byakuya nodded in response and headed back inside.


Hiroshi nodded, "I shall wait here for you"


Hitohari stopped and looked around she must of taken a wrong turning. Sighing she wondered why the Serietie was so confusing.

Ginrei moved in, hopefully the next one would go better



Kimiko moved clicking her fingers at one of the maids as she walked clearly telling her to follow as she held the kimono across her other arm



Renji was walking along with his hands in his pockets

Byakuya sat down and ordered the paper to read.


The maid scurried along to help.


Hitohari was retracing her steps in her mind. She stood out like a sore thumb. Everyone else was dressed in work uniform moving around.

Ginrei moved to prepare for Kimiko


Kimiko moved into her room and lay the kimono out for the maid to do her job


Renji looked up 'hey, you need a hand?'

Byakuya read the paper sighing.


The maid moved and started to undress her.


Hitohari looked up and smiled, "Ah... erm, i am lost" she admitted. "I think i took a wrong turn back there" she pointed near to where the Kuchiki manor was. "Oh wait your Renji... Kuchiki-samas Lieutenant"

Ginrei had the maids doing other jobs, this time he would leave Byakuya to it, it would probably play out the same, and he had a feeling Kimiko would know if someone was snooping


Kimiko just let the maid do her job as she watched in the mirror


'indeed i am' Renji smiled 'where you looking for? ill help out'

Byakuya was happily reading his paper.


The maid soon had the kimono on Kimiko.


"Thank you" Hitohira smiled. "I am looking for the Mahou manor" she replied.
